What is Mendus?

Mendus is an AI-powered conflict mediator that analyzes relationship disagreements and gives both sides a fair, unbiased assessment. You can paste text, upload screenshots, or invite your partner to share their perspective.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Mendus > Cancel Subscription.
Web: Open the app > Profile > Manage Subscription > Cancel.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is my data private and secure?

Your data is stored on EU-based servers (Frankfurt, Germany) with AES-256 encryption and strict access controls. For AI analysis, your text is sent to OpenAI's API, which does not use API data for model training per their policy. Your data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

What are the three analysis modes?

Mindful Mirror: Share your side of the story and see how it looks from the outside.
Two-Way Bridge: Both partners share their perspective privately for a combined analysis.
Evidence Vault: Upload chat screenshots for AI to analyze communication patterns.

How do I request deletion of my data?

iOS: Go to Profile > Delete Account.
Web: Go to Settings > Delete Account.
